Build Up Investment respects your personal data. This page explains briefly what we collect and how we use it.
01What we collect
When you create an account: first name, last name, e-mail and, optionally, a phone number. When you publish a listing: the property details, photos and the contact number that will be shown publicly. When you use the contact form or request a consultation: the name, phone, e-mail and message you enter.
02How we use it
To run your account, publish and moderate listings, contact you at your request and keep the service secure (for example limiting bots and spam). We do not send marketing e-mails without your consent.
03Cookies
Only essential cookies are used: your language choice and the sign-in session. There is no advertising tracking.
04Third parties
Google (sign in with Google), Mapbox (maps), Resend (e-mail delivery) and a public exchange-rate service. Each operates under its own privacy policy.
05Retention and deletion
Data is kept while your account is active. You can delete your listings and account at any time from your profile or by contacting us; data is removed within a reasonable period.
06Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data. Write to the e-mail address on the contact page.
