Listing terms

These terms apply to everyone who publishes a property listing on BuildUp.ge. You accept them once before your first listing.

1.Your contact number stays private

The phone number and e-mail you provide are never shown publicly on the site.
Listings show BuildUp's contact number. Interested people contact BuildUp, and we pass the enquiry on to you.
We share your number with a third party only to connect you with a buyer or tenant interested in your property.

2.Showing your number in the future

BuildUp may introduce a paid service that shows your number directly on your listing.
Such a service is enabled only after your separate consent and payment. Accepting these terms does not create any charge.

3.Photos

Uploaded photos automatically receive the BuildUp.ge watermark so they cannot be reused elsewhere without permission.
You confirm you have the right to use the photos and allow BuildUp to display them on the listing and the site.

4.Accurate information

The property must be real and available; price, area and location must be correct.
Delete or hide the listing once the property is sold or rented.

5.Moderation

BuildUp may reject, edit or remove any listing that breaks these terms or the law.

6.Personal data

We process your data in line with Georgian law and only for the purposes described here.
You can ask us to delete your account and data at any time.

7.Changes to these terms

If the terms change, you accept the new version before your next listing.
The date and version of your acceptance are stored with your account.
